Terms of Service
Last updated: July 9, 2026
The service
DeltaFetch provides competitor monitoring reports built from publicly available product pages. Reports may cover pricing, stock and availability, product launches or removals, and review trends, depending on the plan.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly, in advance. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of that period.
Use of reports
Reports are provided for your business's internal use — evaluating pricing strategy, catalog planning, and similar purposes. Redistribution or resale of reports to third parties is not permitted without our written consent.
Accuracy
We aim for accuracy, but data is sourced from publicly available web pages that change without notice. We do not guarantee that any report is complete or error-free, and reports should be treated as informational rather than authoritative.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeltaFetch's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including decisions made based on report data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
