What we collect

When you use the pilot-request form or email us directly, we collect what you submit — typically your name, business email address, and brand details such as your website and the competitors you'd like monitored. This goes straight to our own server; it is never sent to a third party.

How we use it

Information you provide is used solely to set up and deliver your monitoring reports. We don't use it for any other purpose, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. All assets, including fonts, are served from our own domain — your visit involves no third-party requests.

We do run a small first-party, cookieless usage log on our own server: which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked, so we can tell whether the site is working. This log stores no persistent identifier — nothing links a page view to you individually — and IP addresses are truncated (the last digit is zeroed) before being written, so no full IP address is ever retained. This data is never sold or shared and never leaves our own server.

Data sharing

We never sell your data. It is used internally to operate the service you've signed up for.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account and report information for as long as you're an active client. If you'd like your information deleted, email contact@deltafetch.com and we'll remove it.
